How to Book a Make Up Lesson using First Class

Make Up Tokens generate after an absence has been excused. We need to be notified about the absence at least 2 hours before the class starts to qualify for a token. To learn more about make ups, click here!

  1. Log into the First Class Parent Portal using this link

  1. On the left hand side panel, select the child that you would like to book a make up for under 'View Children'

  1. Then, on the same panel select the tab 'make-up lessons'.

On that page you will be able to filter for specific levels, terms, times and days that suit you best for your make up booking

3a. Once you have found a class that works for you, hit the green 'make a booking' button on the right hand side of the screen.





  1. On the next screen, you'll see details on the class time, date and teacher.

Be sure to read through and tick the 'service agreement'

To confirm the booking, select the green 'confirm booking' button

check details & confirm



  1. Your make up is confirmed and booked in!
