How to Log in to your Account on First Class
To get your family enrolled, you'll need to create an account on our online booking system. If you have not done so, you can fill out our NEW enrolment form here.
This guide will show you how to log in to the parent portal for the first time after you have filled out the form
Logging into the PARENT PORTAL for the first time
- Head to the In The Deep website and click on Parent Portal or just hit this link to take you there
1a. Once on the parent portal log in page - you will need to set up your account by creating a new password.
- Select the 'Recover' button in orange to set up a new password for your account
- Click the orange 'Recover My Account' Button
- This will send the email address listed a link to reset your password. So, ensure that you have access to that email address and that it is correct.
- Next, go to your email inbox and wait for an email from admin@firstclasssoftware.io to come through. If you don't see it, check your spam/junk inbox as well
4a. Once the email comes through, click on the blue 'Reset Password' link
- Create a new password for your account. Remember, the password must be at least 5 characters long with 1 capital letter and 1 number.
- Retype the captcha into the box below - remember that it is case sensitive!
- Once you're done, select the blue 'recover my account' button
- Your password should be reset
- Head back to the portal login page and input your email address and your new password
