How To Submit An Absence
Need to miss a lesson? No worries - life happens! Submitting an absence is super easy and ensures you get your well-deserved make-up token.

Submitting via Mobile App
- Access Your Account
- Select the Account icon at the bottom of your screen
- Choose the student who will be absent
- Choose the Absences tab at the top

- Record Your Absence
- Click Record a Future Absence
- Enter the date and reason for absence
- Submit your request


- Token Generation
- Your request will be approved
- A make-up token is automatically generated after the absence occurs
- Tokens are valid for 3 months from the date of absence

Important Timing
Submit at least 2 hours before class to qualify for a make-up token - but the earlier the better for planning purposes!
Alternative: Web Portal
You can also submit absences through your Parent Portal by navigating to My Account → Your Child → Absences and following the same process as the mobile app.
Common Questions
"I forgot to submit before class - can I still get a make-up?" Submit the absence anyway and explain the circumstances. We review each case individually!
"My child was sick this morning - is short notice okay?" Submit it! While 2 hours is preferred, we understand emergencies happen.
"Can I submit multiple future absences at once?" Yes! If you know about several upcoming absences, submit them all.
"Where can I find your make-up policy?" You can find Our Make-Up Policy here.
