How To Submit An Absence
FUTURE ABSENCES
Absences can be submitted on the ITD Portal in a web browser or on the iClass App.
SUBMITTING ABSENCES ON THE ITD PORTAL 🖥
- Once you're logged in, head to Future Absences under the Enrolments tab on the left
- Select the student that will be absent, select and complete Create Future Absence By Date
- Your request will need to be approved and a Makeup Token* will be generated after the absence has occurred
SUBMITTING ABSENCES ON THE APP 📱
- Select the Account icon on the bottom of the screen
- Select the student that will be absent, select Absences / Makeups
- Select the Absences tab on the top of the screen
- Select Record a future absence button
- Record and submit the date and reason of absence
- Your request will need to be approved and a Makeup Token* will be generated after the absence has occurred
*Tokens are valid for 3 months from the date of generation (i.e. date of absence).
