How To Submit An Absence

Can't make it to a lesson? Submit the absence in the Parent Portal and your makeup token will generate automatically.


The Important Rule

You need to submit the absence at least 2 hours before the class starts to receive a makeup token. Absences submitted after that point won't generate a token — the lesson will be recorded as missed.


The Short Version

  1. Log in to the Parent Portal
  2. Navigate to My Account
  3. Select Future Absence on the child that will be absent from the menu
  4. Choose the date of the class your child will miss
  5. Click Confirm

1. Access Your Account

  • Select the Account icon at the bottom of your screen
  • Choose the student who will be absent
  • Choose the Absences tab at the top



2. Record Your Absences

  • Click Record a Future Absence
  • Enter the date and reason for absence
  • Submit your request




3. Token Generation

  • Your request will be approved
  • A make-up token is automatically generated after the absence occurs
  • Tokens are valid for 3 months from the date of absence
