Mid-Term Enrolment Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel your child's enrolment mid-term. Here's what you need to know about our cancellation policy.
Refund Policy
Standard Policy:
- All enrolments are for the full term and fees are non-refundable
- No refunds for unused fees when cancelling mid-term
- Change of mind or schedule changes do not qualify for refunds
- No refunds or credits for price differences if you transfer classes within the term
Exceptional Circumstances:
- Serious illness or injury with medical certificate may qualify for review
- Each case is reviewed individually
- Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer only
Credit Policy
When Credits Apply:
- Credits are only issued for future lessons not yet attended
- Multiple consecutive absences due to injury, illness, or extended holiday may qualify
- Credits cannot be issued for past absences, even if submitted and approved
Important Credit Details:
- When a credit is issued, your child's class place will be released
- Class places cannot be held during credit periods
- You must re-enrol when ready to return
- Credits cannot be transferred to other families but may be used for siblings
Before You Cancel
Consider these alternatives:
- Make-up lessons - unlimited per term for any missed classes
- Class transfer - move to a different day or time that works better
- Credit option - for extended absences due to illness or travel

- Your child's name and current class details
- Reason for cancellation
