Mid-Term Enrolment Cancellation Policy

REFUNDS

All enrolments are for the full term and fees are non-refundable, except in rare, approved exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness or injury with a doctor’s certificate).
Refunds cannot be given for unused fees if you cancel mid-term.
Change of mind or changes to your personal schedule are not considered valid reasons for a refund.
In The Deep does not provide credit/refunds for any price difference between classes if you move within the term.
Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer only.

CREDITS

Credits are only issued for future lessons not yet attended - not for past absences, even if absences were submitted and approved.
If a student will miss multiple consecutive classes due to injury, illness, or an extended holiday, a credit will be applied to your account.
Once a credit is issued, the student’s class place will be released and they must re-enrol when ready to return. Unfortunately, places cannot be held.
Credits cannot be transferred to other families, but may be used for siblings.
