Teacher Continuity at In The Deep Swim School

We know that having a consistent teacher helps children feel confident and supported as they learn to swim. While we always strive to maintain teacher continuity, sometimes life happens - teachers may move, get sick, change university timetables, or pursue new opportunities.

What to expect:

• We cannot guarantee the same teacher week-to-week or term-to-term, but maintaining consistency is a key priority in our rostering decisions.
• While we consider requests for male or female instructors, we cannot guarantee these due to availability.
• We reserve the right to make changes to instructors mid-term if necessary, but we will always communicate with you promptly about any changes.

What we can guarantee:

• All our teachers are fully trained in the same program and skill progressions to ensure consistent learning outcomes.
• Our instructors are warm and encouraging, helping children overcome any initial hesitation with care and support.
• We’re committed to doing our very best to accommodate your preferences and provide a positive, safe learning environment for your child.
