How to Download our Mobile App

Swimming management in your pocket! The iClassPro app puts all the power of our Parent Portal right on your phone or tablet.


What Is The iClassPro App?


The iClassPro app is a convenient tool for In The Deep families to manage accounts, enrollments, payments, and more - all from your phone or tablet! It takes all the power of our online Customer Portal and puts it into a user-friendly app that you can take with you wherever you go.





Downloading The App


iPhone & iPad Users can visit the iOS App Store and search for "iClassPro" to download and install (it's free for all In The Deep families).


Android Users can visit Google Play Store and search for "iClassPro" to download and install (also free for all In The Deep families).

Setting Up Your App


First-Time Launch:

  1. Open the iClassPro app
  2. Enter "In The Deep" as the account name
  3. Click SUBMIT
  4. Choose your option:
    • "Log In" if you already have a Parent Portal account
    • "Create Account" if you're new to In The Deep

Using Your Existing Account: Use the same email and password you use to access the portal online - everything syncs automatically!



Common Setup Questions


"I can't find 'In The Deep' in the app!" Make sure you're typing "In The Deep" exactly as shown and check your internet connection.


"My login isn't working!" Use the exact same email and password from your web portal. Try the "Forgot Password" option if needed.


"The app isn't working properly!" Try updating to the latest version, restarting your device, or logging out and back in.
