How Does the Waitlist Work?

When a class is full, you can join the waitlist through the Parent Portal. We'll contact you as soon as a spot opens up.


Joining the waitlist

  1. Log in to the Parent Portal
  2. Select Find a Class
  3. Search for the class you'd like
  4. Select Join Waitlist when the class shows as full

When a spot opens

We'll send you an email notification. Spots can move quickly — keep an eye on your inbox and respond promptly, as we'll offer the spot to the next family if we don't hear back.


A few things to know

  • Joining the waitlist doesn't hold a spot — you need to confirm when we contact you
  • Waitlist positions can't be transferred between children or between terms
  • We can't give estimates on wait times — it depends entirely on movement in that specific class

1. Navigate to Classes

  • Go to the Classes area of the portal



2. Identify waitlist classes

  • Adjust the filters to find your preferred class
  • You'll notice OPEN & WAITLIST labels on the classes - OPEN means spots are available for immediate booking, while WAITLIST means the class is full but accepting waitlist requests.



3. Join the waitlist

  • Select the waitlist class you want
  • Check class details and select Waitlist



4. Add to cart

  • Hit OK
  • Complete Transaction



5. You're on the list!

  • You are now on the waitlist!
  • An email confirming your waitlist request will be sent to the primary account's email address :)
