How to Waitlist Your Child in a Class

During our peak times classes do fill up quickly - but don't worry, we won't leave you high and dry! Places regularly come available, so let's get you on that waitlist.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to Classes

• Go to the Classes area of the portal

2. Identify Waitlist Classes

• Adjust the filters to find your preferred class
• You'll notice OPEN & WAITLIST labels on the classes - OPEN means spots are available for immediate booking, while WAITLIST means the class is full but accepting waitlist requests.

3. Join the Waitlist

• Select the waitlist class you want
• Check class details and select Waitlist

4. Add to cart

• Hit OK
• Complete Transaction

5. You're On the List!

• You are now on the waitlist!
• An email confirming your waitlist request will be sent to the primary account's email address :)

What Happens Next?

When spots become available, we'll contact waitlisted families in order. Keep an eye on your email - opportunities come up more often than you'd think!

"How long will I be on the waitlist?" This varies depending on class popularity and time of term. Some spots open within days, others might take weeks.

"Can I be on multiple waitlists?" Absolutely! We encourage joining waitlists for any classes that work for your schedule.

"Do I pay when joining a waitlist?" No payment until a spot opens and you accept the enrolment.
