Credit Card Transaction Fees
We use Payrix as our payment gateway, which integrates with iClassPro. Processing fees apply when paying by credit card. Bank account payments have no fees.
Transaction Fees
- Bank Account (Direct Debit): FREE - No processing fees
- Visa & Mastercard (Domestic): 1.98%
- American Express: 3.85%
- Visa & Mastercard (International): 3.08%
These fees are charged by the payment processor and are not received by In The Deep.
How Fees Are Applied
Processing fees are added to your total when using a credit card. For example:
- $200 lesson payment + 1.98% Visa fee = $203.96 total
- $200 lesson payment via bank account = $200 total (no fee)
Avoid Fees with Bank Account Payments
Save money by using direct bank account payments instead of credit cards. Bank account payments are:
- Completely free - no processing fees
- Secure - same bank-level security as credit cards
- Convenient - automatic payments process seamlessly each term
How to Set Up Bank Account Payments
- Log into your Parent Portal
- Go to Payments
- Select "Add Payment Method"
- Choose "Bank Account"
- Enter your BSB and account number
- Enable automatic payments for seamless term billing
Switching from Credit Card to Bank Account
You can update your payment method in the Parent Portal at any time. Your next term billing will automatically use your updated payment method.
