What is the Fast Track Progress Pack?
The Fast Track Progress Pack is a mini bundle of 3 extra swim sessions that you can add to your child's regular lessons this term. Think of it as a power-up for their swimming - more time to focus, practice, and get that little bit closer to the next milestone.

- Flexibility to book around your usual lessons (subject to availability)
Important: These sessions are designed to complement your weekly lessons at In The Deep - not replace them.

Step-by-Step Purchase Guide
- Access the Pro Shop
- Log into the Parent Portal
- Navigate to 'Pro Shop' on the homepage
- Select 'Passes'
- Choose Your Child's Level
- Select the correct swim level for your child
- Unsure of your child’s current level? Click here for a refresher ✨
- Assign to Your Swimmer
- Click 'Select Student' to book the pass for the right swimmer
- Select the right swimmer and continue to 'Add Pass to Cart'
- Confirm Your Selection
- Make sure the pass is matched to the correct swimmer and level
- Click 'Pay Now' to finalise your booking
- Complete Payment Authorisation
- Read through the payment authorisation and click 'Confirm' to proceed
- Enter your home address if not already on file, then hit 'Save'
- Enter Payment Details
- Switch to 'Payment Details – Credit Card' to enter your card details
- Switch to 'Payment and Agreement' and complete the inCapture form
- Hit 'Submit' to pay for your Fast Track Progress Pack
- You're All Set!
- Once your purchase is complete, your Fast Track Progress Pack will be ready to use immediately!

Purchase Details
These packs are sold in fixed bundles of 3 tokens only, are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between siblings. Tokens must be used within 60 days of purchase, so don't let them sink to the bottom unused!
Booking & Usage
Sessions are subject to real-time availability within existing term schedules. Once booked, sessions are final and cannot be rescheduled or cancelled. Remember, these are intended to complement (not replace) your child's regular weekly lessons.
