The Fast Track Progress Pack gives your child 3 extra swim sessions this term — a great way to build confidence, sharpen skills, and keep progressing alongside their regular weekly lessons.

1. Access your account

• Log into the Parent Portal
• Navigate to 'Pro Shop' on the homepage

2. Select Passes

3. Choose your child's level

• Select the correct swim level for your child
• Unsure of your child’s current level? Click here for a refresher ✨

4. Assign pass to your child

• Click 'Select Student' to book the pass for the right swimmer
• Select the right swimmer and continue to 'Add Pass to Cart'

5. Confirm your selection

• Make sure the pass is matched to the correct swimmer and level
• Click 'Pay Now' to finalise your booking

6. Complete payment authorisation

• Read through the payment authorisation and click 'Confirm' to proceed
• Enter your home address if not already on file, then hit 'Save'

7. Enter payment details

• Switch to 'Payment Details – Credit Card' to enter your card details
• Switch to 'Payment and Agreement' and complete the inCapture form
• Hit 'Submit' to pay for your Fast Track Progress Pack

8. You're all set!

• Once your purchase is complete, your Fast Track Progress Pack will be ready to use immediately!
