How to Purchase a Fast Track Progress Pack

You asked, we delivered! Parents have been asking for more ways to give their swimmers a boost, and we're super-soaked to introduce the Fast Track Progress Pack - designed to help your child get extra time in the pool to sharpen skills, build confidence, and keep progressing.

Whether they’re chasing a new level, refining technique, or just loving their swim time, this pack has them covered.

What is the Fast Track Progress Pack?

The Fast Track Progress Pack is a mini bundle of 3 extra swim sessions that you can add to your child’s regular lessons this term.

Think of it as a power-up for their swimming - more time to focus, practice, and get that little bit closer to the next milestone.

Purchasing your Fast Track Progress Pack

Purchasing your Fast Track Progress Pack on the Parent Portal is easy with these swimple instructions!

1. Log in to the Parent Portal and navigate to the 'Pro Shop' on the homepage

2. Select 'Passes'

3. Select the correct swim level for your child

   Unsure of your child’s current level? Click here for a refresher ✨

4. Click ‘Select Student’ to book the pass for the right swimmer

5. Select the right swimmer and continue to 'Add Pass to Cart'

6. Confirm sure the pass is matched to the correct swimmer and level, then click ‘Pay Now’ to finalise your booking

7. Read through the payment authorisation and click 'Confirm' to proceed

   

8. Enter your home address if it’s not already on file, then hit ‘Save’ to store your information

9. Switch to ‘Payment Details – Credit Card’ to enter your card details

10. Switch to ‘Payment and Agreement’ and complete the inCapture form

    Then hit ‘Submit’ to pay for your Fast Track Progress Pass

11. Once your purchase is complete, your Fast Track Progress Pass will be ready to use

Terms and Conditions:

Purchase Details

• Fast Track Progress Packs are sold in fixed bundles of 3 tokens.
• The minimum and maximum purchase per transaction is 3 tokens.
• The price is fixed and non-negotiable.
• All purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or transferred between siblings.

Booking & Usage

• Tokens must be used within 60 days of purchase.
• Bookings must be made via the Parent Portal and are subject to real-time availability.
• Sessions are offered within existing term schedules; specific days, times, or instructors cannot be guaranteed.
• Once booked, sessions are final and cannot be rescheduled or cancelled.

Participation & Progress

• Fast Track sessions are intended to complement your child’s regular weekly lessons at In The Deep.
• While consistent participation supports development, progression to the next level is not guaranteed.
