Active Kids Vouchers

The NSW Government's Active Kids program gives eligible families a voucher to put towards swimming lessons. Here's how to use yours at In The Deep.

Before you start

Make sure you have your Active Kids voucher code ready. You can get one through the Service NSW website if you haven't already. One voucher is available per child, per term.

How to Redeem Your Voucher

Submit your voucher using our online form link. Once received and processed, the credit will be applied directly to your account and will go toward your next term's fees during the next billing cycle.

Important Information

• One voucher per student, per term — you can't stack multiple vouchers for the same child in the same term
• Submit before billing runs — if your term payment has already been processed, the voucher credit will apply to the following term instead. No refunds are given for vouchers submitted after a payment has been processed
• The credit applies automatically — you don't need to do anything extra once it's on your account
• No cash value — Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other forms of payment
