Life happens, and we've got your back! Whether it's a sudden illness, family emergency, or unexpected commitment, our generous make-up policy ensures your swimmer doesn't miss out on their progress.

Make-Up Lesson Allowance

How Many Make-Ups? Unlimited make-up lessons for students enrolled during the term.

Token Validity: Make-up tokens are valid for 3 months after the absence occurs.

Booking Timing & Restrictions

Early Term:

Make up lessons during the first 2 weeks of term are restricted to spots available due to expected absences only
This allows existing families to adjust schedules while welcoming new students

Booking Rules:

Maximum 7 days advance booking
Active enrolment required
Minimum 2-hour notice before class start time to qualify for a token

Make-Up Token Guidelines

Getting Your Token:

Submit an expected absence at least 2 hours before class starts
Token is automatically generated for qualifying absences
Use within 3 months of the original missed lesson

Important Rules:

No changes once booked - choose carefully as you cannot modify or cancel
Non-transferable - tokens cannot be shared between siblings
No cash value - tokens cannot be exchanged for credits or refunds

Private Lesson Make-Ups

Private Lesson Policy:

No private make-up lessons for missed private sessions
Group class alternative - receive a token for the appropriate level group class
Holiday intensives - no credits for missed or unused private intensive lessons

Availability

We do our best to offer make-up lessons throughout the term. However:

During busy periods, make-up availability may be limited
Availability typically decreases toward the end of term as classes fill
We cannot guarantee a specific day or time will be available
If no families have submitted absences, no make-up spots will be available
