Our Makeup Policy

HOW MANY MAKE UP LESSONS CAN YOU RECEIVE PER TERM?

We'll provide unlimited makeup lessons for any students enrolled in swimming lessons during the term.

Make up vouchers are valid for 3 months after the absence has occurred.

ARE THERE ANY TIME RESTRICTIONS TO BOOKING A MAKE UP?

Make up lessons during the first 2 weeks of term would be restricted just to spots available due to expected absents
Make up classes can only be booked up to 5 days in advance (i.e. you cannot book a makeup 3 weeks away)
An active enrolment is needed to book a make up
A make up token can only be generated if an expected absence has been submitted at least 2 hours before the class has started.
Be careful when booking your make up as once it is booked you are unable to make adjustments and will lose your make up voucher!
Make up tokens cannot be transferred between siblings
Make up tokens cannot be exchanged for credits

CAN I BOOK A MAKE UP AT THE START OF TERM?

Yes! You can book make ups at the beginning of term, but these can only be booked into spots created by expected absences. In the first two weeks, there may be fewer of these spots than usual.

This helps give new families the chance to join classes and allows existing families time to adjust their schedules before the term gets fully underway.

Make up bookings usually become more widely available from Week 3 of term.

MAKE UPS FOR PRIVATE LESSONS

We do not offer Private make up lessons for missed private lessons.
If you cannot attend your private lesson, a make up token will be issued and can be taken in the appropriate level group class.
We do not offer credits for missed/unused lessons during any of the private holiday intensive lessons.

Please know that we do our best to offer make up lessons, as we understand life gets busy and everyone gets sick 🤒.

However, during our busiest times, make up availability can be limited, and we’re unable to guarantee a spot.

Availability can also decrease towards the end of term as classes fill up.
