Our Makeup Policy

We offer unlimited makeup lessons per term — here's how the system works.

Getting your makeup token

• Submit your absence in the Parent Portal at least 2 hours before the class starts
• Your token generates automatically after the class finishes
• Tokens are valid for 3 months from the date of the missed lesson

Booking your makeup lesson

• You can book up to 7 days in advance
• Makeup spots are limited to classes with expected absences for the first 2 weeks of term — this gives us time to settle into the new term rhythm
• Once booked, makeup lessons can't be changed or cancelled — please choose your time carefully

A few important things to know

• Makeup tokens are for the child who missed the class — they can't be shared between siblings
• Tokens can't be converted into credits or refunds
• Availability isn't guaranteed, especially toward the end of term
• An active enrolment is needed to book a makeup

For private lesson makeups Missed private lessons qualify for a makeup, but the session must be used in a regular group class.
