Term Enrolment Rollover

What is Term Rollover?

Term rollover automatically re-enrolls all current swimmers into the same class day and time for the next term. This keeps your swimming routine consistent from term to term.

Automatic rollover occurs when payment is received by the due date. We send important information and reminders during the rollover period, which runs between weeks 7-10 of the current term.

Important Information

Part-Term Enrolments:

We do not offer part-term enrolments for extended holidays or work commitments
Make use of our unlimited make-up lessons each term to catch up when needed

Taking a Break:

Complete the unenrolment form during term rollover to opt out for next term
This form is sent automatically during the rollover period

Cancelling Mid-Term:

Email info@inthedeep.com.au to cancel outside the rollover period

Public Holidays:

Classes do not run on public holidays
Public holidays are not included in term fees

Making Changes

Looking to change days or times, or think your child is ready to move up a level?

You can submit a request through the Transfer option in your Parent Portal during the rollover period.
