How to Book an Assessment

Before your child joins a regular class, we run a short assessment to make sure they're placed in the right level. Here's how to book one.

The Short Version

What to bring

• Your child's swimwear and a swimming cap (required for all swimmers)
• A swim nappy if your child is under 3
• A towel and a change of clothes

What to expect The assessment takes around 10-15 minutes. One of our instructors will work with your child in the water to get a feel for their confidence and current skills. It's relaxed — there's nothing to prepare and nothing to pass.

After the assessment We'll let you know which class level is the right fit and help you get enrolled. If the class you'd like isn't available, we'll add your child to the waitlist.

1. Access Your Account

• Log into your account
• Go to Booking
• Select Assessment

2. Select your child

• Click on 'See Classes'

  

3. Select on your assessment block

• Click Submit Request

4. Chose your time

• Select your preferred day/time
• Click Add to Cart

5. Complete your booking

• If you have other children to assess, Add Enrolments and repeat
• If not, Complete Transaction

6. Confirmation

• You'll receive an email confirming your request

7. Confirmation of approval

• Once approved, you'll get another email with all details
• Your assessment status will show as Active
