How To Enrol

HOW DO I ENROL FOR SWIMMING LESSONS?

IF YOUR CHILD IS UNDER 3 YEARS OF AGE

Children below the age of 3 qualify for our infant 'Squirts' program.

We have 3 Squirts 🐙 levels:

• LITTLE SQUIRTS 4 - 18 months
• BIG SQUIRTS 18 months - 3 years old
• SUPER SQUIRTS skill based 

To book into Squirts classes you'll need to pop over to our Parent Portal. Our ITD staff have made you an account, so go ahead and select Forgot Password. Now enter your email address that you provided when filling in the enrolment form and follow the promps to create a password.

Once you're on the portal

1. Select the Students tab on the left-hand side
2. Select Enrol in Classes
3. Filter classes by your preferred day, appropriate Squirts level and select Submit
4. Select Submit Request on your chosen class
5. Select continue enrolment
6. Select Add to Cart
7. Add any additional enrolments for the same or other students
8. Confirm enrolment details and select Proceed to Checkout
9. Confirm your purchase and Complete Transaction 🎉
10. Once your enrolment is confirmed by us - we will add charges to your account and send you some instructions on how to pay for those lessons!

At ITD, we offer one free trial class for all Squirts. If you would like to request a free Squirts trial class, head over here to get it organised!

IF YOUR CHILD IS ABOVE 3 YEARS OF AGE

Children joining In The Deep for the first time or after a prolonged absence will need to attend a 10 minute assessment at the pool.

Staff will then determine the most suitable level for your child to join our program 🐬 to experience success from the very first lesson! 

To book an Assessment, you'll need to pop over to our Parent Portal. Our ITD staff have made you an account, so go ahead and select Forgot Password. Now enter your email address that you provided when filling in the enrolment form and follow the prompts to create a password.

Once you're on the portal

1. Select the Students tab on the left hand side
2. Select Enrol in Classes
3. Filter classes to Level Assessment. We run assessments on Tuesdays at 6.30 and 6.45pm and Saturdays between 12pm and 1.15pm
4. Select Submit Request on your chosen assessment slot
5. Select continue enrolment
6. Select Add to Cart
7. Add any additional enrolments for other students
8. Confirm enrolment details and select Proceed to Checkout
9. Confirm your purchase and Complete Transaction 🎉

What to expect at your assessment:

• Staff will assist your child in the water to demonstrate their skills.
• The Assessment supervisor will explain why we have assessed your child at a certain level and what they will be working on in their lessons.
• Students are then placed in classes according to their assessed level.
• Don't worry - the assessment is free! 

Mid-term enrolments are welcomed, subject to availability. Pro rata fees will be charged based on number of weeks remaining of term 🌈
