Fast Track Progress Pack Terms and Conditions
Purchase Details
- Fixed bundles of 3 tokens per pack
- Set pricing - rates are fixed and non-negotiable
- All sales are final - non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
- Tokens cannot be transferred between siblings
Booking & Usage
- Tokens expire 60 days after purchase
- Bookings are made through Parent Portal and depend on real-time class availability
- Sessions run within existing term schedules
- Specific days, times, or instructors cannot be guaranteed
- Once booked, sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled
- Tokens can only be used for your child's current assessed level
Participation & Progress
- Fast Track sessions complement your child's regular weekly lessons at In The Deep
- Regular attendance at both weekly lessons and Fast Track sessions supports skill development
- Level progression is based on skill mastery and is not guaranteed
Availability
- Session availability varies throughout the term
- Peak periods and end-of-term weeks typically have more limited availability
- Portal booking is required for proper tracking and safety protocols
