Fast Track Progress Pack Terms and Conditions

PURCHASE DETAILS

• Fast Track Progress Packs come in fixed bundles of 3 tokens.
• You can only purchase in sets of 3 tokens - no more, no less.
• Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
• All purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or transferred between siblings.

BOOKING & USAGE

• Tokens expire 60 days after purchase - be sure to use them before then!
• Bookings are made through the Parent Portal and depend on real-time availability.
• Sessions run within the term schedule, so we can’t guarantee specific days, times, or instructors.
• Once a session is booked, it’s locked in - no cancellations or reschedules.

PARTICIPATION & PROGRESS

• Fast Track sessions are designed to complement your swimmer’s regular weekly lessons at In The Deep.
• Regular attendance helps skill development, but moving up a level isn’t guaranteed.

A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

• Tokens cannot be shared or swapped between siblings.
• During busy periods, we can’t guarantee session availability as class spots may be limited.
• Towards the end of term, availability can become even tighter.

Note: The Buy 3 sessions get 2 for free is a Black Friday offer only available for purchase between the 24th - 30th of November 2025. The Black Friday passes will expire 110 days from purchase.
