How To Transfer Your Enrolment

Using the Parent Portal to change the the day or time of your swim lesson is easy with these swimple instructions!

1. Log into the Parent Portal and head to 'My Account'

Find the child you want to transfer and click on 'enrolments'

2. Here you will see your child's current class

Select 'Transfer Enrolment'

3. All available classes in the same level will appear on your screen

Select the class you wish to transfer into

4. Here you have the option of adding the date you wish to transfer into this new class

Once filled in click on 'Yes, please transfer!'

5a. If your child meets all requirements for the transfer, you will get a popup to say that the transfer was successful and was auto approved

5b. If your child doesn't meet the auto-approve requirements, a popup will show that the transfer will be sent for our review as a request

6. Once your class has been successfully transferred, you will receive an email confirming all details :)
