How to Transfer Your Child to a Different Class
Need to move your child to a different day or time? You can request a class transfer through the Parent Portal.
The Short Version
- Log in to the Parent Portal
- Click on your child's name to open their profile
- Select enrolments from the menu
- Select transfer enrolment
- Browse available classes and select the one you'd like to move to
- Confirm the transfer
Transfers are subject to availability. If the class you want is full, we'd recommend joining the waitlist — spots open up regularly, especially between terms.
Please note: If you transfer to a class with a different fee, no credit or refund applies for the price difference.

1. Access your account
- Log into the Parent Portal
- Head to 'My Account'
- Locate the child you want to transfer
- Click on 'Enrolments'

2. Start the transfer
- You'll see your child's current class
- Select 'Transfer Enrolment'

3. Chose your class
- All available classes in the appropriate level will appear
- For same-level transfers: Choose any class in their current level
- For level progression: Choose from classes in their new, higher level
- Select the class you wish to transfer into

4. Set your start date
- Add the date you wish to transfer into this new class
- Click 'Yes, please transfer!'

What Happens Next?
If your child meets all requirements, you'll get a popup saying the transfer was successful and auto-approved! ✅

If your child doesn't meet the auto-approve requirements, you'll see that the transfer has been sent for our team to review.

Either way, once your class has been successfully transferred, you'll receive an email confirming all details
