How To Change Classes

TO CHANGE THE DAY AND/OR TIME OF A CLASS VIA THE In The Deep PORTAL 

(see below for instructions via Mobile App)

Log into you account via the Parent Portal and go to My Account
Select your child and click on enrolments

Here you will see your child's current class.
Select Transfer Enrolment

All available classes in the same level will appear on your screen.
Select the class you wish to transfer into.

Here you have the option of adding the date you wish to transfer into this new class.
If you're not sure just put todays date.

Once filled in click on Yes, please transfer!

A notification will confirm that your request has been received and once approved you will receive an email notification.

Once our team has approved your request you will receive an email confirming all details :)

TO CHANGE THE DAY AND/OR TIME OF A CLASS VIA THE MOBILE APP

Open up our Iclasspro APP on your phone

Click on Account at the bottom of the screen

Here you will find your children's details
Click on enrolments

Your child's current enrolments will appear.
Click on Transfer Enrolment of the class you wish to change

Classes available in your child's current level will appear as OPEN
Classes that are full will appear as WAITLIST
Select an OPEN class to transfer into (or alternatively a WAITLIST class to waitlist)

Check all the details are correct and Submit Request

We will now receiver your request :)

Once approved you will receive an email confirmation. 
Please note on rare occasions due to Public Holidays, lesson numbers may be impacted during a transfer.
Staff will notify there will be any additional cost or credits involved.
